SURGERY & MICRO SURGERY +15

Surgery includes surgical shots made for an article prepared for National Geographic Magazine. The article, which was written by researching 10,000 Years of Surgery in Anatolia, was prepared for publication with interviews with associate professors and professors, as well as archaeological, anthropological, historical and cultural photographs taken in museums and ruins, and photographs from current surgeries. Photographs were taken during heart valve, bypass, open brain, liver transplantation, cesarean, cardiac valve, bypass, brain and four different eye surgeries.

Studies were conducted at the University of Geneva, Hacettepe University, Ankara Başkent University, Memorial Hospital, Bayındır Hospital, Avrupa Eye Hospital, Istanbul Archeology, Aksaray and Mardin museums and Gevheri Nesibe and Divriği Shifahane.
